BlinkSum is a free multiplayer online card game. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, harmful, or impersonating display names
• Attempt to disrupt the Service (DDoS, exploit bugs, etc.)
• Use automated tools or bots (other than those provided by us)
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Content

You retain responsibility for any display name or content you enter. We may refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service design, code, and branding are owned by the operator. Game mechanics are original to BlinkSum.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service may be unavailable or interrupted without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
