Set up a private room, share the code, and race the bell together — free, in your browser.
Not much. BlinkSum runs in any modern web browser, so there is no account to make and nothing to install.
A room seats up to four players. If some seats are empty, the host can fill them with bots so a game can start right away.
Because everything runs in the browser, players can mix devices freely — one friend on a phone, another on a laptop, all in the same room. Nobody has to switch to match anyone else: the board resizes to the screen it lands on, keeping the bell and your cards within reach on a small phone as well as a wide monitor.
Disconnects happen. Your room code and name are saved in your browser, so refreshing the page or reopening the site reconnects you to the same room and seat rather than starting over.
If you would rather jump straight into a game, Quick Play finds or creates a public room for you — enter a name and you are matched into an open game without setting anything up.
Each turn everyone flips a card. The instant one color’s cards on the field total five, the first player to ring the bell wins those cards. Outlast everyone to win the match. New to the rules? The How to Play guide covers them step by step, and the Card Encyclopedia explains the four special cards.
